Office 365

We have elected to use Office 365 as our main platform for cloud services. Among the cloud services are:

  • Email (Exchange/Outlook)
  • Calendar and Events (Exchange/Outlook)
  • Contacts (Exchange/Outlook)
  • Shared Drive (One Drive for Business)
  • Private Drive (One Drive)
  • Company Intranet (SharePoint)
  • Collaboration tools (TEAMS)

We leverage our Umbrella sharepoint site in order help you reduce costs and implementation time. We have invested thousands of hours to perfect the platform and you can be up and running in about 1 week at a cost of less than $20 per user per month. Why go through the unnecessary learning curve then end up paying the same or more?

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

It’s a common misconception that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is only beneficial to large companies. Our CRM is simplified so that your employees will actually use them. Not only do we simplify the process, we focus on creating automation to help you do more with less. Here are some of the areas we think small businesses should focus on:

Simplified Process Flow
From your Sales to Support staff, they will use the system if it is simple. Keep your process around your major milestones. Keep your measurements around your key performance indicators (KPI).

Automatic Text Notifications
Field staff should get text notifications and updates. This process should be automatic

Automatic Emails
Support staff shouldn’t have to worry about sending out emails, the system should do it for them. Managers and Sales people should get automatic emails on their KPI status.

Keeping it simple yet allowing the CRM to be scalable is important to us. We plan for future but design the system for today.

These are just to name a few important areas that could help take your company to the next level.
