Management Team

Dan has 25 years of entrepreneurship experience in health care and believes a good business model is key for a successful small business. He is responsible for Recruitment and Training of Business Unit Owners as well as managing the Sales and Marketing activities.

A Computer Science graduate of the University of Michigan, Andy brings to us nearly 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Data Analytics. He joined the team in 2019 and applies his analytical viewpoint to the evolving company. Andy is responsible for Operations and Finance.

David has 24 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the Health Care industry. He helped launch a durable medical equipment company, which he co-owned and operated for over 20 years. He also helped manage a Home Health Care. David’s management skills are essential to reducing costs for our Nurses.

As founder of buiBase IT, Tai originally formed this platform as a hobby to help friends and family. A Computer Science graduate of Oakland University, Tai brings over 20 years of experience within the Information Technology and Cybersecurity sector. He oversees the IT Infrastructure for the platform.

Robyn comes to us with over 10 years of experience working with Medicare businesses. Her in-depth knowledge of managing intake, documentation, and billing is an invaluable asset to this company. Robyn has helped us through many Medicare audits and serves the platform well. She is responsible for ensuring buiBase is in compliance at all times

Diana earned a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Detroit Mercy. She has spent the last 25 years being the voice of her customers and end-users. Her interpersonal skills and ability to bridge gaps are key to her role as the spokesperson of this company. Diana is responsible for all Communications and Public Affairs.
